First off, we’re not real estate agents who want to list your house. Nope. We offer more than the typical agent’s 3P-Marketing Plan. What? You haven’t heard of the 3P-Marketing Plan before? I bet you’re familiar with it by now …
1). Plop a sign in your yard.
2). Put your home in the MLS.
3). Pray that it sells.
I mean, don’t get me wrong. Some Realtors are worth their weight in gold. Others…eh.
You can always sell with the help of a real estate agent/broker. However, most agents simply “list” your property. This means they input it into a special computer database with 1,000’s of other homes and wait for a bite. And wait. And wait. And wait.
Also, most Realtors list your property at a price that’s unrealistically high. The reasons? They need room for their commission/fee, AND they need room for the expected counter offer from the potential buyer.
The negotiating goes back and forth. Time goes by. The buyer needs to inspect the property. The bank rejects their loan application. Blah, blah, blah – 5 months later you’re back where you started from.
